The reliability of cloud server technology is still in a development stage. But even in its beginnings, the design is proving more reliable than traditional web server configuration. Using load balancers to distribute web traffic, Sitecloud rarely goes down because the load balancers distribute signals to web server “clusters” connected to storage, mail servers, and nightly backup servers. If a server goes down, another in the cluster takes over.

A great help center will have hundreds of articles, tutorials, guides, downloadable instructions, and even an online forum. Sitecloud gives clients exactly 40 FAQs for support. Sad indeed in relation to the rest of its service.

Despite a lacking online knowledgebase, Sitecloud does have an extremely valuable product.
