Sitecloud Hosting Review
Cloud computing technology is the wave of the future. IT geeks have found a way to utilize clustered server technology that makes it both fast and efficient, and yet almost totally reliable and free from crashes. While larger corporations and computing companies are using cloud technology, it is still not yet widely available for web hosting.
However, enter Sitecloud, which touts itself as the worlds #1 cloud hosting provider. Their brand of cloud web hosting is both affordable and reliable. But what is the cost? Are there tradeoffs in service and features for reliable servers? We take a look at Sitecloud and give you a detailed play-by-play of the value clients receive.

Reliability (5/5)
The reliability of cloud server technology is still in a development stage. But even in its beginnings, the design is proving more reliable than traditional web server configuration. Using load balancers to distribute web traffic, Sitecloud rarely goes down because the load balancers distribute signals to web server “clusters” connected to storage, mail servers, and nightly backup servers. If a server goes down, another in the cluster takes over.
Sitecloud backs up its configuration with a 30-day money back guarantee and a 99.9% uptime guarantee as well.
Price Value (4/5)
What does cloud web hosting cost? A year ago you might pay upwards of $30 or more per month for the privilege of cloud hosting. However, with Sitecloud you get similar pricing of shared-server hosting with monthly pricing of just $4.95/mo for 3 years, $6.95/mo for 2 years, and even their 12-month plan is affordable at $7.95/mo.
Control Panel (5/5)
All clients of Sitecloud get the privilege of using cPanel control panel software. CPanel is the top rated brand in the industry and gives users complete configurability with drag and drop ease. Users can easily install scripts, plugins, and other 3rd party software through cPanel, and they also have an easy time handling all email accounts, databases, and all other important web control functions.
Customer Support (5/5)
Sitecloud knows that customer support is a top priority. That is why they have made their live support available 24/7 with ‘hand picked’ expert staff. They are ready to answer questions about your website problems day or night so you don’t lose customers.
Sitecloud does provide an online knowledgebase for its clients, however, it is sparse compared to other web hosting help centers. A good help center will have a plethora of articles available. A great help center will have hundreds of articles, tutorials, guides, downloadable instructions, and even an online forum. Sitecloud gives clients exactly 40 FAQs for support. Sad indeed in relation to the rest of its service.
Overall Value (4.5/5)
Despite a lacking online knowledgebase, Sitecloud does have an extremely valuable product. Affordable cloud web hosting has not been the norm, but Sitecloud brings this extremely reliable form of computing to customers for a price that doesn’t break the IT budget. Overall, the service is a good 4 out of 5 and worthy of our recommendation.
SiteCloud offers load balanced cloud hosting, with a control panel powered by the robust and coveted cPanel. This powerful web host also offers unlimited data transfer, 99.9% uptime and a 30 day money back guarantee. Get all of this, as well as a free domain for life, for only $4.95 per month by joining today!
