Powweb Hosting does offer some good features but not as good as a lot of other hosts are offering. Their prices are relatively low compared to the features in their packages.I don’t know anyone hosting with them and would love to hear other user’s reviews of them

I have hosted with Powweb before and I can assure you Orly that they provide very reliable services. Their prices are very cheap and the packages come with a lot of features. Although they are given a rating of about 4 here for customer support, I’ve given them a five because I think their support services are excellent.

Powweb is offering six months of free hosting with the purchase of a six month package. I wish they had this offer a few months ago when I was looking for a web host. I currently don’t have any sites hosted with them but apart from the reviews here, I’ve heard good things about them. Their packages also look very attractive.

PowWeb are defiantly worth considering if you are looking for a new host. If you have had problems with hosting downtime then switching over will save you a lot of headaches.
At $5.77 per month you sure do get a lot for your money. More than enough for what I wanted!

I agree with Nick… You sure do get a lot for the small fee you pay each month. The main thing that made me choose Powweb over other hosting companies was the Blogging software. I love being able to share my family photos and stories online with all my friends and family.

I have heard nothing but good things about Powweb so this review does not surprise me at all. What is new to me is the low price – no one has ever mentioned how affordable their rates are. I like very much that they take paypal, too, as it makes it much more convenient for me.

I’ve heard many positive things about POWWEB, about pretty much everything, reliability, the price looks good (although i remain unconvinced about unlimited hosting)
I also heard that their support was good, they replied quickly and all that, and they were friendly and curteous, which is always good 🙂

I know several people how use Powweb hosting and I have only heard positive remarks from them about the quality of the hosting and the excellent customer service support. It seems that they also offer a lot of great free extras and they have nearly no downtime.

Well after reviewing the information, I would have to try them out before I could honestly make a comment on the reliability, as far as the other items I think they are fairly price, but some others offer more for the same rate. Customer service seems to be right on.

With many friends that use the Powweb hosting services. All I can really say is that I have heard many great things about this company and their services. Especially the customer service side being very versed and knowledgeable. Hosting is great as well. They offer a bunch of extra’s and the price seems to be close to the standard fees for hosting.

Hiked faithful customers over 10 percent. They were already overpriced and offered very little (like only 5 databases and were down often). Avoid at all costs

Absolutely nothing special, but they think they are.
The above pretty much sums them up. With boasts that they have software better than cPanel, when they just don’t (tip – if you’re a host, use cPanel, please?) and prices that are just too-high for not enough stuff, it probably isn’t worth it.
They have good support and are reliable, but so does/is everyone else.

Incredible value for your money! Powweb Hosting is the greatest web hosting company in the whole wide world. I don’t understand how people will think that their control panel is something that’s not perfect, as it’s actually perfect. I love that control panel, I’d stay online all day and use it if I could. Perfection!

I found it a good experience in hosting, but I don’t like that it’s not really as reliable as I thought it would be, reading stellar reviews of the service until now. Good bang for your buck, if you ask me, but that’s about it, nothing more than that, nothing special.

The only thing good that I liked about hosting with Powweb were the fact that they offered good special deals. I was however not very impressed with the support team or its reliability. I switcher over to Lunarpages and I am very happy that I made that decision.

My previous host, the one that was in charge of keeping my Ferentexas and Giurgiului web pages online, for my chocolate dealing business, was really bad. I made sure they paid for it, and found Powweb hosting services. Now this is something else. Now customers from all over Ferentexas and especially the Ferentari Plaza will always get their chocolate in time! I love Powweb with all my heart!

Pow Web was to my company as was Einstein to the atomic bomb. It was the final ingredient in my plot to make money using the Internet. Had it not been for their excellent customer service and great reliability, I don’t know if I could have done it. My website had to be online all the time, and withstand great amount of traffic in order to be successful. Thanks Pow Web!

Funny how people dare to talk bad about Pow Web. Pow Web is the best web hosting company in the whole wide world, don’t you dare deny it. They are the most reliable, they’ve got good prices and they even have customer service to kill for. Simply too good to be true – with the difference that it’s really true.

Best ever. You get online, put your site up for Pow Web web hosting solutions and POW! Everything works like a charm. You can’t believe your eyes, just like when you get punched by a drunk hobo in a back alley. You can’t believe something like this can happen to you. But it can, because Pow Web are that good. I have read many great customer reviews here however I will not be writing one of those. It has been somewhat of a nightmare at time to host my sites with Powweb and I am no fan of their customer support team. They have been slow to help me whenever I had any problems.

I have had 3 Powweb accounts starting 3 years back. To start with they were ok for cheep hosting, lots of add on scripts etc.
As time went by their support became non-existent and extremely frustrating and the service to the website went downhill.
Everything is SLOW, ftp (even though I paid for ftp zoom…what a joke!), their control panel their tech support are appalling.
DON’T GO POWWEB IN A PINK FIT.
I guess I didn’t really appreciate how bad they were until I bough new webhosting, what a dream, I am soooo happy I dumped Powweb.

This company was well worth the money I paid, and I had to pay very little. I really only use my site to host pictures that I create and it works perfectly for that. I’ve been using them for a good while and they’ve yet to let me down.

The cheapest company I have used, but far from the best. They do have good uptime, but the customer service has the old “Put them on hold and randomly disconnect them.” shenanigan. That aside, they are a good company.
