These guys are amazing! I have not had any downtime and am extremely pleased with what they offer on their web hosting packages. A lot of companies with these types of prices lack the features that are necessary to run different types of websites. These guys offer more than what any other web host I have seen does in terms of features and support.

It would be little sooner if i tell you about this service because started using it few days ago..i hope will work fine in future as its just perfect for my needs(small project)its provides good features at reasonalble cost but looking other hosting services something which lacks is its customer support(as i have heard)wish i could get prompt support from them.Lets hope for the best.

I just signed up for MochaHost last week. Their pre-sales support was great, but once I became a paying customer my experience has not been very good. It took them almost three days to activate my site, then they didn’t initiate the domain transfer until after that. It appears that the live chat and 800 number are only for sales. If you need technical support you need to enter a request online and wait… maybe a day for a response. The control panel has lots of nice features, but it is slooooowwww. You click and then about 30 to 60 seconds later you get a response. Maybe my experience is unusual. I sure hope it gets better!

I got someone signed up with this company, and everything from moving the site to getting everything sorted was smooth and easy. They love the cheapness of the company as well.
I actually help a lot of people set up their hostings, I should really turn it into a business sometime.

Uptime ok, SUPPORT TERRIBLE, don´t reply tickets!
This is a scam company! Stay away!
They don´t reply your tickets, they don´t reply your questions on live support (they only reply about his features and prices, they don´t even send you an invoice for a service you need)!
Stay away from this company! I submited a ticket 3 days ago an invoice for a dedicated ip and still no reply!

They have a bait and switch plan. Signed for a two year business plan which included free domain registration for two years. After the first year, the domain stopped working. Contacted them, and they said because I have not used it enough (i’m building the site part time), my domain was on hold and I would have to pay between $100 to $200 to re-activate. They understood I pre-paid for two years which included the domain, but it did not matter. After many many subsequent messages (most with no replies), I was stuck. They would also not provide a phone number or address to their legal department. A year later (two years total), they tried to charge my credit card for renewal. What! they lost my domain name, and I cannot access their system and they want a renewal? Go elsewhere.

Don’t do it!!! worst web host I have ever used!
Site & email has been down for 9 days now. Tech staff appears unable to fix their problems, or work with their backup system (if it exists). Hosting Company can not be reached by phone, only online ‘chat’. Anyone I have managed to communicate with is not concerned the site is down or particularly interested in solving it.
If you value your online presence steer clear of this hole. You WILL lose contents, and be at the mercy of an incompetent technical and support staff.
Nelly from their ‘online support’ clarified they do not have phones or anyone responsible to assure issues are resolved.

If you value your business and uptime DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give these people your business. They are hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I’ve worked with some bad ones. They claim 24/7 service but all that is is an online chat that just feeds you scripted answers and claims they will “escalate the issue” which obviously never happens. As I write this, I have been waiting 2 days for someone to respond to me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME. I have never regretted giving a company my business as much as I regret this decision.
I would like everyone to know that I have absolutely no bias. I am not in the hosting industry or anything like that. I am a website owner and that is my business. I made the mistake of trusting this company to do the right thing and provide me with a tiny bit of support and over 24 hours later, they still haven’t even attempted to assist me.
Mochahost, if you do read this please take what I say into consideration as I know that there are other people who are just as frustrated as I am.

MOCHAHOST.COM REVIEW, COMPLAINT & WARNING!
Mochahost prices are cheap but there is a reason which they will force you to upgrade and pay a lot more than if you were to go to another webhosting that costed a little more in the first place. All the statements below are true.
1. FALSE ADVERTISING – They claim they offer unlimited domains, unlimited space and unimited bandwidth. But they will
2. SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT ANYTIME at will without warning and try to
3. FORCE YOU TO UPGRADE your account. They do not give you unlimited bandwidth nor unlimited storage. This is false advertising which there should be a class action lawsuit against mochahost.com. Luring you to buy their cheap plans is a webhosting scam and trick which Mocahost uses to later try to force you to upgrade by suspending your account if you do not.
4. NOT HELPFUL online support – The online tech support is completely useless and they will terminate the chat as fast as they can and just tell you to write a support ticket.
5. NO PHONE. You cannot call them. This is one big warning sign for you. If you request they call you, you might have to wait a long time if they even call you back.
6. NOT FRIENDLY customer tech support. They are only friend before you sign up.
7. Mochahost DOES NOT ADMIT FAULT. No matter how you prove there is a problem with the server, they will try their best to tell you nothing is wrong. Perhaps this is their way to avoid any lawsuit or compensation for server down time and problems. They will find ways to blame your codes or anything possible so that they can avoid the responsibility. When you prove it to them, they will still not admit error, tell you they cannot help you, and then ask you to write a support ticket. Complaints to Mochahost.com will only make them suspend your account which they will make up a reason. If you want an honest webhost, this isn’t it. In fact, this is one of the least honest host and the worst web hosting company we have dealt with in the past 10 years.
8. Their SERVERS ARE NOT STABLE. The server has stalling issues or downtime about one time every two weeks on average.
9. Mochahost just DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. If you want to try them out, sign up for a short time period and you’ll know exactly why Mochahost gets the most complaints of all web hosting companies.
10. CHECK THE BBB (Better Business Bureau Email: ) to read their negative web hosting reviews and also make a complaint against Mochahost. They have plenty of complaints. Don’t go with them because you think they are cheap. That is a big mistake. If you file a complaint against Mochahost with the BBB, type in Mochahost for their searched name.

The kind of uptime reliability, stability and features Mocha host is offering, its many competitors are offering that. So there is nothing special about it.
But its customer service is horrible to say the least. Its like you will feel why… why on earth did I thought of saving a few pennies. Instead would prefer spending many dollars more for better and knowledgeable support.
Their support executives don’t know their own dashboard and system. Pathetic.
You ask them X, they will reply for Y.
Worst thing is, do NOT buy Windows Hosting plan from these people. Their control panel is incomprehensible.
You will have to spend time in LEARNING on how to use their control panel which turns out is more expensive then hosting itself.
I just fail to understand why did they not provided a simple control panel… for example like GoDaddy does?
Stay away from these people for both Windows and Linux hosting. You will be happier.

If you are doing a business and considering this prover to host your website, you are taking one of the worst decision in your life! Their servers are oversold, they may suspend your account any time without any notice, your site will be down for couple of days, your customers see an ‘Your account has been suspended message’ on visiting your website!!!
This is my real experience with them, my website had only 100-200 visitors a day, and one fine morning my customers informed me that my website is showing account suspension banner! There is no phone support, so I had to raise a ticket and wait for 4 hours, again for a pre-written reply. They were claiming that my website is consuming 90% of their server resources, without explaining what process, they simply asked me to upgrade, the only way I can unsuspend my account! That was a trap, my business was down, 90% of the people will simply upgrade with no questions asked.
But I did a trick, I told them I will remove the processes consuming their server resources, finally they agreed to unsuspend my account. I tool a backup and within a day moved to another service provider!!!

Mochahost cannot be reached by phone, they do not return phone messages left at their call-back number, and they are on the blocklist of major companies such as Yahoo and Comcast, so you will not be able to send e-mails to people who use these e-mail addresses. We cancelled our account when we found this out, they refused to issue a refund and stole our domain name.

Is there any consumer agency doing anything about protecting consumers of this fraudulent company? Mochahost.com has scammed me out of my money and never refunded it even with their guarantees. They just won’t answer your emails and not refund you. They don’t honor their contract at all which leads me to think their scheme to scam people out of money has been successful.

Please be WARNED. Mochahost.com is not recommended. They will suspend your account without notification making false claims that you are using too much CPU. They do this to force you to upgrade and pay more. This is not ethical and you cannot grow your business with bad support. Check the BBB to see their F rating. It is a scam to trick people into believing they are getting unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage.

I warn you before you ever sign up with them.. Im still with this company and I am regretting why I ever signed up with this worst hosting company of all!!
How I wish I could close my account with them but I have no way of backing up my databases.. I have been with them for almost 2 years but until now even if I want to leave I couldnt back up my databases.. Im just stuck with this bad incompetent company.
Their Plesk Panel has tons of error .. All possible programs within their system like backup manager and PHP admin never work and generates errors.
My complaint ticket with them has been filing up and for weeks my communications with them to fix are going back and forth like forever.. They never could figure or atleat give me a reason why they have errors.
If they are requesting me to host my database outside of their hosting.. That is the craziest suggestion Ive ever heard from a hosting company..
Mochahosting technical staff are admitting their incompetencies and technical knowledge is maintaining and fixing their Plesk Panel is 0.
I have communicated with a lot of people in their company like Alex N, Layne S., Bojo G. etc.. etc.. and all of them seems to not have a clue of what’s going on with my account why I get errors.

Warning about Mochahost.com. They will stop your account at anytime putting false claim you are using too much resources and will only let you have access of all your data and website after you pay them more money for not needed upgrades. Beware of this fraudulent company. They sell cheap plans but force you to pay more later. You cannot trust this company and put your company at risk. They still owe me my refund but they changed their terms and conditions on their website so that I can’t get a refund. When I signed up I thought I had the guarantee which they are not honoring now. Worst Web Hosting Experience ever. This happened all in frame of 24 hours. Bought 2 packages Linux Business package and Windows Mocha package. I had nothing but issues. They issued me non working name servers upon fixing the website panel they issued. Then they tell me to go with the first set of name servers in the welcome email, took them 2 hours to understand the nameservers they provided me in hosting space email were not valid. Then for the Linux account they lost my entire site when they were issuing me a Static IP. This poblem was never resolved and they told me they would have to reissue the IP for me to access my cpanel from my domain name. It took me 15 hours of chatting with their incompetent support staff, which just tells you to submit a ticket in the end. If you ask for refund, please submit a billing ticket and wait for cancellation, and after they process cancellation it can take 5-7 days to receive refund. What is that? it is very hard and time consuming even to make them understand what the problem is and they should refund the customer as it is their fault entirely that I wasn’t able to use their services. They have a live chat but all what they can do is to escalate the existing ticket or to advise you to create a new one. What i really disliked about them is I filed a paypal dispute as they kept telling me to wait for billing to respond and place a ticket, USELESS. they told me if i cancelled my dispute I would be refunded, which they haven;t followed through on. Advise never cancel your paypal dispute if mocha host staff emails you and tells you to do it before they issue refund. Because then they will never refund!

This is a fraud company and a fraud osting.. my vps server didn’t work and we upgraded to cloud and then the cloud is down for a week and we are banned from the website, the tickets are closed and the situation is the same.. we are cheated! this is a fraud! and shit!

I recommend you never buy any host or domain from this place, because the access to their database always have problem and not available in most cases,
