Justhost is one of the great value hosting company I’ve been with. My 3 sites has been hosted with them for almost 2 years without any sort of problems. Their price seems a little bit lower than I was signed up with them. They are well worth the price

I haven’t used this hosting company myself but several people that I know have. Their feelings seem to run the gamut from love to hate which is why I left the ratings right in the middle here. I know people who have had no problems at all with Justhost but I also know a couple who were charged incorrectly and had many administrative problems with their websites and very little customer support throughout.

I’ve not used JustHost, but use JustUptime, and have friend on their hosting, and it’s very much a rollercoaster for them, apparently. MOst of the time, everything is good and their support is friendly, but when there are problems (which seem rare, which is good) their support are more difficult to get hold of, which I suppose could be understandbale.
The whole unlimited thing doesn’t do it for me, not at that price.

I have had mixed experiences with Justhost. I generally have had no problems with the technical side of things however I have had problems with their customer support. They are often very slow to answer emails and slow to fix issues at hand. If they improve these items then it will be a great hosting company.

Have never personally used them but have clients that have used them and they say it often is a touch and go experience with them. I know some of the clients have made complaints and not gotten good response or it has taken way too much time to get a response back. The price is not as good as it should be for the services offered. Some improvements can be made and then you might see a better response from the customer.

Though Justhost is relatively new compared to other good hosting companies, they have been doing a great job. I have hosted one of my sites with them for about a year now. Their uptime has been really good and I like their control panel. I gave them a 4 in customer support because I think they could do better to improve in that area.

The R&D team and technical professionals behind JUSTHOST are relatively less experienced then their competitors. Many of my friends have faced grave problems but some of them are extremely satisfied.
The success rate is due to their Economy package they offer. I recommend to keep past experiences in mind before going for a permanent deal.

I’m giving this one a try at the moment. I don’t like “unlimited” offers but in this case, with the 30 day guarantee, it seems worth it. Happy with its uptime % and the fact that it includes a free domain. Seems like a great deal.

JustHost is really quite good – the control panel is clean and streamlined, customer service and support replies are prompt and helpful and it’s reliable, as you’d expect. This all adds up to a good service, that’s worth getting. The problem is that you can get all that elsewhere… and it costs less.
With that said, very happy, and highly recommended.

I must say that this company, JustHost, was a good company for what I needed for my websites. I only have good things to say about them, as they’re very professional and offer good services. The only thing that’s lacking is their reliability, sometimes the hosting drops, but they fix it fast.

I’ve been with Justhost for only a short while (a matter of weeks) and am finding them to be very unreliable. 3 times in the last week my server has been unavailable; each time I contact support, they say it is due to server maintenance. It’s down now, and has been down for over 1 hour; they cannot say how long it will take to sort out. I have an account with another webhost, and have never experienced such problems in over 4 years with them ! I’m beginning to see why Justhost is so cheap.

I don’t like their services. One of my friends domain was jammed. He contacted the customer support and they were not even bothered, Their poor services and bad intentions wont let them stay for long. They made a fake purchase bill and sent it to my friend. We had a tough time against these people.

I work with a large number of hosting companies as I am a web designer and all clients have different hosting companies which they use. JustHost is not the worst company that I have dealt with but they are certainly also not one of the best hosting companies I have used in the past.

Just Host web hosting was pretty good as far as I’m concerned. I did my job, they did theirs, everyone won. I didn’t have any problems, but I’m sure that if I did they would have fixed them in no time. Overall, a pleasant experience, would recommend it.

I really can not complain about the service which I have received as a customer from Justhost. I host close to 100 sites with them and I never experience any problems what so ever. I am therefor a bit surprised to read some of the negative complains from other members.

Mixed feelings about this company. Just Host web hosting has proven to be a company that’s so and so. Sometimes it’s a decent company, sometimes they’re great. Sometimes they’re the worst you could ever experience. So treat with caution, and don’t get too excited when they manage to be good at something.

Just Host web hosting, as the name suggests, are just another hosting company for the web. They’re not incredibly good, but they’re not incredibly bad either. They’re just there. As a consequence, I can’t give them a rating better than 3, a neutral one. I’m not mad at them, but I’m not thrilled by them either. They’re as I said, just there.

Due to my work I use several hosting companies including JustHost. There are not the best and cheapest hosting company out there however they are normally somewhat reliable. Be sure to look around and keep all your options open.

I have been using JustHost for a few weeks and have had nothing but good experiences. The one time I emailed customer support I heard back within 20 minutes and my question was answered perfectly. So far, they have been easy to work with and I have no complaints whatsoever.

JustHost.com is horriable! They make a lot of promises and never follow through with them. I purchased a SSL cert from them, they told me it would be “A few hours” before it got installed. It is now 3 days later and the support department keeps telling me to submit a ticket, I already have 3 tickets in about it. I dont know how many I am suppose to do??? The customer service is horriable, they lie alot tell you they are certified and never give you the prof. to get to a upper level support personel you have to email and they never get back to you in the time they say.

Just host is a bull crap company, they tell customer alot of stuff and make promises that they dont keep. They tell you they will get to in you in a few hours, what a crock it takes days if not weeks then months before they get to you. but they will charge you right away but not deliver services nor products until they want to. Customer support sounds like they can not speak english very well. Nor can they understand it. The support department in down right lazy. And non technical.

I had nothing but problems with them. First, it took me forever to get through to just about anyone when I had a problem, second, it took an entire month to get my hosting set up, and lastly, the person I got at customer service didn’t speak a single word of English.
I simply cannot recommend this company, they’re skirting costs and it shows. If I want to talk about my site being down, I want to talk to someone that speaks English.

Not compatible with Wiki’s, not compatible with SMF forums, lack of PHP5 compatibility. Seriously, what’s the point of opening up a hosting company if you’re going to adamantly refuse to support what people want? It’s honestly not that hard.

A good company, but they support virtually nothing. If this was a steel beam, I wouldn’t set foot in the building it was holding up. This isn’t the 80’s, people want actual support for actual filetypes and formats. Not just a site that they can store their fanfics on.

JustHost’s Technical support used to be responsive, when I first became a member. The have been getting slower, and slower in their responses to my Problem tickets. Now taking more than 48 hours, still not response.

Justhost is a good host for most static sites and sometime slow with dynamic site, especially some resource hog script like phpbb. Fortunately most of my sites are static so it’s fast and worth for money.

The “UNLIMITED” stuff is just a lie for marketing purposes.
1)
If you have more than 50000 inodes your account will be suspended.
(Inodes means files, emails, whatever. Problem is that the system is
creating by himself all this bulk.
You think you have 20-30 of pages and instead your home folder is full of
bulk and unnecessary files)
2)
You may not send more than 500 emails per hour (using ,of course, a script)
If you violate this rule then they’ll be forced to suspend your account.
So, for a serious hoster I advise you to look elsewhere.
The customer support is OK, but this doesn’t help you in these situations.

I just moved from Dreamhost to Justhost. I’ve got scammed by dreamhost recently about 100% uptime that never existed. I could say justhost is a much better than I expected. They helped me transfer my 3 sites from dreamhost without a single problem.
I am currently satisfied with their service but I have lesson from dreamhost and I will not let this happen again. I would give a review again after 3-4 months passed first.

My website is never been down or inaccessible.
Most problems have been handled within 24 hours, by email.

my ten directories are hosted with justhost for two years. they have a good support staff and good hosting uptime. my directories had down once for a few times only.

justhost is ok if you need a hosting for general type of website like blog. if your site is forum with a high load i would recommend you find some dedicated server instead. justhost or any hosting companies in top 10 cannot handle high loading. i had experience this myself.
I am with them for almost two years already. their uptime is good but only average in support – useful but slow of response.

Justhost is not the best hosting compared to all hosting companies with $10+ monthly fees. They are good enough compared to among cheap hosting companies anyway.

Justhost is your good choice if you need cheap hosting with medium quality. I did not mean any badly toward them but if you want a perfect hosting I suggest you look at hostgator and compare between justhost and hostgator in every aspects before decided.

I just moved to Justhost recently after realizing I was getting a tiny disk space and bandwidth, thus expensive and awful support. I had accidentally deleted important php system files and imported a wrong table to mysql. Luckily Justhost have backup for my website both files and database. I got it restored within a short time. Very pleased with the service and value for the money. Fast response and customer respectfully.
Switched to them is the best decision I had made ever!!

Justhost is greater that I expected. I had a really nightmate with Dreamhell!! Their uptime was horrible and supports were so lame, never done anything but only stupid robot excused.
I had been helped from Justhost support moved my 8 websites from those scumbag. It went through smoothly without a single problems. They never asked for special fees or pressure me to buy unnecessary things ever. Thanks Justhost!!
