Unlike a lot of other companies, A2 Hosting offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. As far as I know, they could go to 100% because I haven’t ever noticed any downtime. Running an ecommerce business online means that you have to be concerned with these types of issues. I’ve never had any problems with A2 Hosting and I think anyone who uses them would be very satisfied with their service.

A2 Hosting’s motto is really what you have to look for when trying to find a web host. To many these days are ran by kids who want to make a few bucks. Most of the time this means poor service and a lack of interest in how your website does. A2 is great and is ran in a professional manner. The one time I’ve requested support (to no fault of their own) they were extremely curteous. They are a very good web hosting company.

If this company had an oath to refund my money every time my site went down, not one cheque would be in my name. A site that I recently took over uses this, and I have to say that Linux-based hosting is far superior to Windows-based hosting in every way I can fathom.
If you want a site that will go up and stay up as long as you pay your bills, go for this one.

Linux servers almost always get high scores from me. Mainly because Linux can be tailored to do pretty much anything, and the OS itself can also be extremely specialized. When you know what you’re doing, you get satisfied customers, and satisfying me is like trying to appease your boss.

Hi,
Normally i dont reply negative feedbacks for anybody but a2 is deserve it, many times i worked with many hosting services but i never live anything like this. After buying a new domain and hosting service from a2 i wait for 1 day to be activated and tried to contact the a2 hosting staff, but they didnt answer my tickets and after 20 try i could reach someone from online chat and than he said me to wait for 24 hours more, ok i said and waited for another 24 hours than nothing again, back to live chat again, they said me i have a billing problem, i gave the transaction confirmation id and they said that i have to wait for monday to issue solved than i said i want my money back, than bought my hosting and domain from another hosting, after this they send me a welcome mail that contains the domain i bought from another web hosting service, and still dont want to refund me, if you work with a2 web hosting think it twice, they are not customer friendly and they are not reliable…
