hi im plannig to make a web site with hi traffic of members, who can upload videos by user name and password approved,i need to know what i need to have good streaming video each member can upload 10-20 videos of 5 minutes each im expecting to start with around 200 members,what can you suggest me?

Well carlos, if you start with 200 members with video uploadable on each of them then I suggest you take a look for higher level hosting than shared hosting such as a dedicated server.
