Included in all of their five different hosting accounts are PHP support, Python support, customizable error pages, customer account pages and more. HostPapa hosted accounts include unlimited e-mail and forwarding e-mail accounts, 100 MySQL databases, PHPMyAdmin (a very handy tool for managing those databases), image gallery scripts and much more.
A unique bit of software offered for free by Hostpapa is SohoLaunch – a web building software. Hostpapa does not offer anything other than the one web hosting account option. Lunarpages, however, has VPS (virtual private server) plans using either Linux or Windows operated servers and a dedicated server plan in addition to several web hosting plans. Parallels Plesk is the control panel of choice for Lunarpages’ dedicated, virtual and web hosting accounts. Hostpapa has cPanel/WHM available for their web hosting clients.

When the environment is a concern, the better option often is the “greener” web host.

Both Lunarpages and HostPapa get high marks in the support department as well as the standard features offered.
