Lunarpages offers four main shared-server hosting plans. The Starter hosting goes for $3.95, Basic for $4.95, Windows Hosting for $9.95, and Business Hosting for $19.95. VPS plans start at just $22.95.

Lunarpages offers an array of “website solutions” that are keen for any personal or business website. These include affordable web design packages, SEO and SEM, and eCommerce payment processing services. Plus, Microsoft Exchange email is available for those companies that need extra email support.
JustHost sticks to the basics when it comes to web hosting. They do provide over $125 in free marketing credits for use with Google, Yahoo!, and Facebook. And they provide an anytime money back guarantee.
Web Hosting Features
With the JustHost plan client get unlimited bandwidth, disk space, email accounts, MySQL databases, and hosted domains. They also receive support for multi-media files and popular scripting languages. Clients also get a great choice of free software plugins to their websites including photo galleries and bulletin boards. ECommerce solutions are also provided.
With Lunarpages, only the Basic and Business plans come with unlimited bandwidth and disk storage space. Starter Hosting gets very minimal resources, but Windows Hosting is provided generous amounts of each. All but the Starter hosting get unlimited email and MySQL databases as well. All plans support the popular scripting as well.

Recommendations
Both of these reputable companies are worthy of consideration. But for the general website needing a fabulous plan at a great low price with plenty of round-the-clock support, JustHost gets our recommendation.
