Though a toll-free number and email address is offered, the staff isn’t as responsive as one would like and getting someone on the phone isn’t guaranteed. Additionally, the support system lacks many of the features that have become common on the market. There are tips and helpful tools integrated into the control panel but the resources are still limited in comparison to other solutions.
