Inmotion is a much easier to deal with than my expectation. I am still in the beginning stage of creating my new website without a single line of html code I could understand. However inmotion is always available and ready to help me when I was struggled. I have had this similar situation with dreamhost but a much worse.

I have been with inmotion for several years with multiple websites hosting. All I can say is they never disapppointed me by all means I could think of. Inmotion support is for real and excellent, plus their flexible “speed zone” option is a big plus for me. I can choose the fastest possible datacenter without additional cost.
I have searched and used many hosting companies from the beginning. Sometime I found a good hosting company but most of the times they were really bad ones. Inmotion is the top-notch host with greatest support I ever been with.

It was very frustrating when my old hosting just shut down my site because of illegal activity. Some asshole used bots to sent spam emails, a thousands, through my contact form. Yes it was illegal but I didn’t do it. They chose to shut down instead of contact me first and my files would be kept only 3 day or done.
I was looking for a company that could handle moving files and setting up everything asap. It wasn’t hard at all just finding any silly hosting company but not when your need is excellet support. I read every reviews on the web including ones in webhostingtalk and my finalized was inmotion. They are well known for excellent supports and uptime. I gave it a try and now 8 months without any problems. everything went smoothly from the beginning and really happy with them.

come here by a chance and found fatcow number one and inmotion number sixth. I used both only inmotion now. inmotion is much much much and much better over fatcow. no down no laggy and no annoying issues. fatcow was cheaper and it used to be my first host. unfortunately I was a victim with unstable hosting and they denied to gave me a refund. they said I use the custom script that cause server overload so it was my fault that broke their tos and no refund. moved to inmotion and happy now.
their places should switch. consider it.

Tech support is horrible. After using the site about 6 months they start suspended sites. No matter what the problem is it always has to be the customers fault. Get frustrated at tech support and they will suspend & delete your site.

I am using InMotion for many years now and their service is just brilliant and I mean all aspects of their service are superb. They provide friendly, knowledgeable and fast service unlike other hosting companies. The up time is close to 100%, exactly as they promised. Web response time is excellent and the collection of tools in the cPanel control panel is nice. At one time I was recovering from a hard drive crash and was trying to get some help for rebuilding the FTP connections. The support helped me complete the task in an efficient manner. Super service at all times. Recommended

I was planning to start my online blog and I was confused about where to buy space, where to domain name and how to establish website. But one day I reviewed and compared all of them and found InMotion Hosting is the best among all of them.
I ordered my first web hosting account from the InMotion Hosting and they setup my blog. They asked me about the blogging platform I want to use. I replied that I am with the wordpress free blog. And they setup my blog. I am very thankful to their support. They are professional in all manners. They emailed me regarding the upgrading of blog version etc.

InMotion provide the best web hosting available on internet. I have been using their services for more than a year now and can vouch for their superb customer service through email or chat. The service people were knowledgeable and friendly and their response time was great. We actually need to manage a lot of content and there are no hassles thanks to InMotion. There were no problems in installing new SQL databases, SSL certificates or WordPress features. There was little to no downtime and my sites were up close to 100% of the time as promised. Use of cPanel is also cool as it is very versatile.
