Rather than offering a lot of extra paid services, they pack plenty of extra free features in their plan including over $200 worth of free marketing credits to Google, Yahoo!, MySpace, and Facebook, clients get a free site builder, and an industry leading anytime money back guarantee.
Web Hosting Features
JustHost offers almost everything you need in one plan including unlimited bandwidth, disk storage space, email accounts, MySQL databases, and hosted domains. They give you free 3rd party software plugins, plus support for a multitude of popular scripting languages like Perl 5, Python, Ruby on Rails, and Javascript. They support multi-media files like Flash, Shockwave , and MIDI, and they give free eCommerce solutions with a choice of shopping cart software.
Web.com offers basic Linux and Windows hosting with unlimited web storage, bandwidth, MySQL databases and hosted domains. They provide plenty of email storage, and support for developer languages. The Windows plan also gets support for Microsoft.net, MS SQL, and ASP.NET.
The Web.com eCommerce plans and more expensive, but that’s because they come ready with free shopping carts for 20 products for the Express up to unlimited products with the eCommerce “Pro” plan. They also come with email autoresponders, SSL certs (dedicates SSL with the “Pro” plan), and options for payment processing all ready to go.

JustHost is ready to help their clients 24 hours a day via telephone, email, and online chat. They provide a helpful online knowledgebase filled with video tutorials and articles.
Web.com can be contacted via email or phone, but hours are not provided. They do offer a limited number of articles on their resources site, but hardly enough to call it an online help center.
Recommendations
Certainly if you are looking to open an online business and start selling hundreds of products online right away, Web.com is the place to go. But in our opinion, JustHost has it all for the general consumer with their all-inclusive plan, ready-to-go eCommerce features, and superb 24 hour customer support.
